*Food grade dessicants will absorb some caramel moisture, may cause tapioca to turn white. This is normal. 
*Tapioca ball must be chewed before swallowing. 
*Children under the age of five should eat under the guidance of an adult.

Storage: Keep in a cool dry place and away from sunlight.

Ingredients: Tapioca Starch, Water, Caramel Colors, CMC, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative), D-Sorbitol Solution, Sodium Polyphosphate, Flavors.

Instructions for Use:

1. Adjust recipe based on amount of boba pearls prepared.  
2. Break up boba inside bag after opening to prevent clumping. 
3. Immediately stir after adding raw boba pearls in the 20,000 ml boiling water. 
4. Allow boba pearls to float to the top before turning down burners to medium heat.
5. Let boil uncovered for 30 mins on medium heat.
6. After elapsed time, set pot to the side, stir, and allow pot of boba to sit for 30 mins covered. 
7. Mix 4 cups of brown sugar, 100 ml honey syrup mixture, and 200 ml brown sugar syrup. 
8. after preparing syrup base, combine with cooked boba for finished product.
