Instructions for Use:

Flavored Drink

1. Add 36 g of powder, 20 g of creamer, and  30 ml of fructose to 150 ml of hot water
2. Stir until dissolved.
2. Add dissolved ingredients into a 16 oz shaker, add ice until full and shake well.
 
Smoothie

1. Add 40 g powder mix, 25 g of non-dairy creamer, 100 ml water, 30 ml fructose (sweetener) and 350 g of ice into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
